Terms of Service

By using lol.Ai you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose.

What lol.Ai is

A service that answers questions using a language model, and — if you connect an account — collects messages from other platforms into one place. It is an early project run by one person. It may change, break, or be unavailable without notice.

Answers are not advice

Language models are confidently wrong sometimes. Nothing lol.Ai tells you is medical, legal, or financial advice, and lol.Dr does not diagnose anyone — it explains documents you already have. Check anything that matters against a qualified human. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. lol.Therapist is not a therapist, not a crisis service, and not a substitute for either. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the US, or your local emergency number.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not use lol.Ai to break the law, to harass anyone, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to try to get at other people’s data. We can suspend an account that does.

Connected accounts

Connect only accounts you own or are allowed to use. lol.Ai acts on those accounts on your instruction — including sending messages you write. You are responsible for what you send. You can disconnect at any time, and revoke access from the provider’s own settings independently of us.

Your content

Whatever you write, attach, or receive stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so far as running the service requires. We do not use it to train models. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.

Availability and liability

lol.Ai is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. It is free, it can lose data, and it can go away. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using it, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us — which is currently nothing.

Ending it

You can stop using lol.Ai whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if running the service stops being viable.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use lol.Ai after that means you accept the new version.
